Objective
The public site needed to sell a focused Phase 1 offer while leaving a credible path toward systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, IAM, and future OT/ICS consulting.
The launch architecture stayed intentionally small so the business could move quickly without creating a migration project.
The rebuild combined public-facing changes with operating documentation and launch controls.
Reframed the offer around Secure Digital Operations, added a qualification-first inquiry path, clarified service boundaries, and made systems support visible without overselling later-phase consulting.
Kept the static Jekyll foundation, removed an unused 53 MB video asset, added a real social-preview image, and used native browser APIs for restrained motion and contact fallback behavior.
Improved keyboard behavior for the mobile menu, respected reduced-motion preferences, removed an unconfirmed response-time promise, and kept the public contact path direct.
Added architecture, deployment, redirect, audit, ADR, case-study, and Labs documentation so future changes remain easier to review and publish safely.
The result is a launch-focused static consulting site with a clearer revenue path, an honest proof system, a documented operating standard, and room to extend carefully as the business matures.
