Accessibility Statement

Sentinel Opus Consulting aims to make the public website readable, navigable, and usable for as many people as practical.

Last updated: September 9, 2026

Accessibility Commitment

The website is built with accessibility in mind: semantic HTML, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus states, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion support. Contrast is reviewed during build and launch preparation, including small labels on light and dark backgrounds.

Standards and Practices

The site is intended to align with practical WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility expectations where possible. Accessibility is reviewed during build, content, and launch preparation, and should continue to be reviewed as the site changes.

  • Use semantic landmarks, headings, lists, buttons, links, labels, and form structure.
  • Keep text readable on dark and light sections.
  • Support keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators.
  • Respect prefers-reduced-motion so motion does not block access to content.
  • Avoid content that relies only on color, animation, or hover states.

Forms and Contact Paths

The Start Your Project page offers a click-to-load Google form, an external form link and direct email. If the embedded form is difficult to use, either alternative remains available. Google's form controls and booking experience also depend on that provider.

Known Limitations

Small labels, eyebrows, and section kickers have been reviewed for light-background contrast during launch preparation. Any future component that introduces a new label style should be checked against both light and dark section contexts before launch.

The site will continue to need manual and automated accessibility review as content, imagery, animations, forms, and Lab interactions evolve.

Accessibility review should be repeated when forms, booking, analytics controls or other interactions change. Automated checks do not replace feedback from people using assistive technology.

Accessibility Feedback

If you experience an accessibility barrier on this website, contact accessibility@sentinelopusconsulting.com with the page address, the issue encountered, and the assistive technology or browser involved if you are comfortable sharing it.

Updates

This statement may be updated as the website changes, accessibility review improves, or new issues are identified.
