Service area

Based in Texas. Built for remote collaboration.

Sentinel Opus works with service businesses across the United States, including Maryland, Washington, DC and Virginia. Remote delivery means the location changes; the planning and accountability do not.

One consulting practice, not a network of regional offices.

Texas is our business base. Maryland, Washington, DC and Virginia are remote service areas, not office locations. We do not require your business to be near an office to discuss a website, workflow, documentation or technical-systems project.

Work is coordinated through scheduled conversations, shared previews and written approvals. Meeting availability is confirmed during booking, with time zones made explicit. On-site work is not assumed to be included.

Making remote work practical

Agree on the working arrangements early.

People and approvals

Identify a decision-maker, the people supplying content and the person who will manage the site or system after handoff. Consolidated feedback keeps a remote review useful.

Tools and access

Start with a description of your current systems, not credentials. Account access and permissions are arranged through an agreed method after the scope is defined.

Requirements and limits

Tell us about regulated data, procurement conditions, accessibility requirements or on-site dependencies before requesting an estimate. A general website engagement is not a compliance certification, managed IT contract or cybersecurity assessment.

Review the service scope and starting prices, then see how delivery works.

Start a conversation

Location should not be the first obstacle.

Tell us where you work, how your business operates and what you want to improve. We will confirm whether remote delivery is a good fit.
